What I Built

Built an executive Power BI review layer connecting revenue, EBITDA, net profit, budget, prior year, departments, patient volume, payment mix, and cost drivers.

Scale

19M+ net revenue, 5.5M+ EBITDA, 4.3M+ net profit in the displayed analysis.

Outcome

The P&L became a management system rather than a historical statement: leaders can move from variance to root cause and focus attention on the operational drivers that matter.
