Business Problem

The Ayady team needed to see where requests converted, where they aged, and which operational actions were creating or losing business.

What I Built

Built a custom Dash and Plotly application combining request tracking, KPI governance, conversion funnels, acquisition sources, aging, closure reasons, and team performance.

Scale

3K+ requests, 2K+ active users, 4.1% conversion, and 218 requests open more than 30 days.

Outcome

Management and operations gained one live view from user activity to request closure, making overdue work and conversion leaks visible enough to act on.
