National Telehealth Analytics
Patient-centric KPIs
Business Problem
Telehealth had grown into a national service, but Ministry stakeholders were still reading it through fragmented, service-level reports. There was no patient-centric view of whether demand was actually being fulfilled, where patients were waiting too long, or where they were migrating between clusters to find care.
What I Built
Re-architected the national Telehealth semantic data model from the ground up and designed a patient-cluster KPI framework on top of it, with cluster-migration and unmet-demand logic built directly into the model rather than bolted onto reports.
Scale
10+ patient-centric KPIs spanning service fulfillment, waiting times, cluster migration, and unmet healthcare demand, computed over the national Telehealth data estate.
Outcome
Ministry of Health stakeholders moved from fragmented service reports to a single, patient-centric view of national telehealth performance, making fulfillment gaps and unmet demand visible and actionable for the first time.
