Academic leadership needed to connect pass rate, attendance, student engagement, delivery efficiency, tutor mix, and incomplete cases over time.

What I Built

Created a historical faculty and module performance environment with shared filters from university level down to branch, field, semester, and module.

Scale

632 modules, 4 academic years, multiple semesters, and 3 branches.

Outcome

Leaders can identify where academic performance is changing and investigate the connected delivery or engagement signals behind the result.
