Emergency Healthcare Demand & Cost Intelligence

Business Problem

Saudi Arabia's emergency encounter data held commercial value for hospitals planning capacity and services, but it existed only as raw operational records. No product existed to turn it into intelligence that providers would pay for.

What I Built

Engineered end-to-end ingestion and modeling of emergency encounter data through the Nafees integration, transforming raw records from hundreds of hospitals into a subscriber-facing demand and cost intelligence product.

Scale

Encounter data from 500 hospitals across Saudi Arabia.

Outcome

The platform was commercialized through the Yamamah Data Monetization Program, with major hospitals among its paying subscribers, turning a government data asset into a revenue-generating product.
